, working in-person at our Shakopee office.
Our company publishes seven weekly newspapers distributed to 41,000
homes in the south metro area each week and offers various advertising opportunities for our diverse customer base.
What you will do:
Be part of a three-person team that interacts with a large and diverse client base Enter orders and post payments Handle customer communication, service-related calls Work independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals Manage multiple projects and time effectively to meet deadlines Have a positive attitude that thrives in a team environment Other support duties as assigned or requested What you will bring:
Proficient in Word, Excel, data entry Entry level bookkeeping skills Good written/oral communication skills & excellent phone etiquette Ability to learn new systems and techniques Exceptional attention to detail Who we are:
